Kingswood Vs Old Bristolians

Kingswood welcome Old Bristolain's to Grimsby road for our final home game of the season and it's them that start the game with Paige Prince in their line-up. Kingswood steal and sweep forward, we knock on and B's restart with a scrum.Kingswood steal again but lose possession and B's punish with the first score of the day.Kingsood attack again with Katie Hodge making a good run and passing to Gabrielle Norman who levels the scoring. B's kick off but drop the ball and Kingswood mount another attack through Madeline Chappell and Summer Chick but the ball is lost forward. B's attack but some great tackles from Paige Woodward and Evie Coombs see them pushed out.The game is really starting to heat up now with both teams tackling hard. B's have a scrum but Kingswood won't let them have time on the ball and we steal and Kaira Touray finishes the move. B's start again and again Kingswood apply the pressure steal with a rip and its Esme Payne that finishes. Gabrielle Norman and Katie Hodge attack the loose ball and Esme Payne picks it up and gets it to Felicity Jenkins who gets her first points on the board.
The next period starts and Kaira Touray breaks through to score.B's start and again we don't give them any time, Kaira Touray rips the ball dummies the defence and goes over again supported well by Evie Coombs. Kingswood work hard when not in possession and keep turning the ball over. Esme Payne breaks a tackle and goes over. Great tackle from Stephanie Penlington sees us turn the ball over again and Felicity Jenkins runs the ball over the line. Kingswood are put on the back foot and conceded another try.The next couple of attacks sees Felicity Jenkins go over twice but it's the whole team that are building these attacks. At the breakdown Kingswood are all doing their jobs. The rucking over is picture perfect and Katie Hodge gets a score rushing out from the pack.
B's start the last session with Stephanie Penlington in their side and Paige Prince returning to us. We turn the ball over immediately and Madeline Chappell makes a good run and puts Felicity Jenkins in for the try.B's knock on from the restart and it's a Kingswoods scrum Katie Hodge passes out to paige Woodward them loops around to get the return and the try.Kingswood steal again and play the ball out through the hands and Paige prince finishes the move. B's start and attack well until Paige Woodward crashes a big tackle in and it's Gabrielle Norman that scoops up the loose ball and goes on to score. Another attack sees B's force their way over our line. Great rucking again from Kingswood and its Paige Woodward that rips the ball out and feeds Kaira Touray another easy score. Some tired legs out there now and Kingswood concede again but we push back and again attack with good teamwork and handling some great support play and it's Katie Hodge that goes over for the last score of the day.
