

Walcot Vs Kingswood
Walcot start the game as the home side and as whats become natural for Kingswood we conceed a try from the first attack. Kingswood start and put together some good attacking phases.We defend well with Summer Chick making some great tackles. Kingswood attack but lose possession and again Summer Chick is the first line of denfence but unfornately she suffers a shoulder injury and is unable to play the rest of the game. Kingswood push forward again and nearly make it over the line before the ball is turned over and Walcot run the length of the pitch to score again. Kingswood restart and there is some great teamwork which leads to Esme Payne going over the line for Kingswood. Walcot restart and again score straight away. Kingswood refuse to lie down and following some great handling its Kaira Touray that puts the ball over the line. Walcot restart and again we are caught napping and conceed from the start again despite good chasing from Felicity Jenkins. Kingswood are back on the ropes with Katie Hodge, Gabrielle Norman and Felicity Jenkins making some brave tackles and push Walcot out to bring the first quarter to the end.
Kingswood start the second quarter well and after some great play from both sides its Felicity Jenkins that gets the ball down for the wolfpack. Walcot restart and Kingswood are working well to keep Walcot at bay with two players taken out near the line, from the resulting scrum Walcot push throught and get another try. Again Kingswood push forward again and some great interplay Evie Coombs gets the ball over. Walcot restart and Kingswood hold firm and tackle well, great steal from Katie Hodge but lost through a knock on, we regain possession and push Walcot back and its Kaira Touray that gets the ball down for the last play of the half.
The third quarter starts again with Walcot running through to score. For the next few minutes the ball turnsover several times but again it’s a Walcot score. Again the ball bounces between the two sides with knock on’s etc but again Walcot burst through and score again. The rest of this quarter carries on toing and frowing with both sides making ground but Kingswood don’t give up and Felicity Jenkins gets the ball over for the last play of the third.
The last quarter of the game starts with a Kingswood attack but the girls are looking tired now. The ball turns over and Walcot push through to score. Kingswood are really trying to hold back the barrage that Walcot are throwing at us to no avail and Walcot get another. Kingswood are using the ball well and making ground but again Walcot steal and run the length of the pitch to score again. Kingswood restart and again throw everything at them but they have more fresh legs and push forward. We hold them up and push them out twice again and for the last time today they get points on the board. The final whistle is blown. Walcot take the win this time.
