The Kardinals came from behind against a very good team to make it 3 wins out of 3. A slow and forgettable first half resulted in the Kardinals going into the break two scores behind. After a defiant half time team talk the Kardinals proceeded to play the best half of rugby from a Kingswood touch team in recent memory. A quick score from kick off set the tone for the 2nd half. Playing the game at their speed the Kardinals took control. Inspired attack and defence drew the Kardinals level. The two teams traded tries until the Kardinals nudged ahead. A lead they would not lose. The Kardinals game management then came into its own and they were rewarded when Adam broke free and scored in the last play off the game. MOTM went to Steve for his 4 scores. The team decided no donkey was to be awarded such was the effort in the 2nd half. Thoughts now go to next weeks top of the table clash. After this performance confidence is high to hopefully clinch promotion.
