Kingswood Kardinals v Happold Hippos

The Kardinals made it two wins from two with a strong performance against a Hippos side that beat Kingswood twice in the autumn league. A fast and varied attack allowed the Kardinals to build up an impressive lead that they would never lose. Tom and Adam fed off quick ball off the dummy position to advance down field and quick interplay to the wings allowed the team to pick up points. MOTM Lisa picked up 2 well engineered tries in a commanding performance. In a good team performance it was hard to pick a donkey. Adam was unfortunate to pick up the award for running out of bounds when the try seemed on. Special mention goes to Neil in his first league game and try saving touch. With the Kardinals having the best defensive record in our league hopes are high heading in to the week 3 game against the unknown team of Touchy Mctouch Face.
