We are pleased to invite all members of Kingswood RFC to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on Monday, 9th June at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse.

The AGM is a key date in the club’s calendar. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the past season, discuss club matters, elect committee and other members for voluntary roles, and help shape the future direction of Kingswood RFC. A full list of roles are published on the club notice board. We strongly encourage all players, parents, volunteers, and supporters to come along and have their say. Membership required to vote.

To help the committee provide well-considered and detailed responses, we kindly ask that any agenda items, questions, or points for discussion be submitted in advance. This ensures we have time to prepare accurate and informative answers.
