We are pleased to invite you to attend the Kingswood Rugby Club Annual General Meeting, which will take place on 16th June - 7:30pm at The Clubhouse.

The AGM is an important opportunity for all members to get involved in the future of the club. Members are encouraged to:

* Apply for roles across the club (including the Club Management Committee)
* Vote on nominated candidates for club positions
* Ask questions and contribute to discussions

Current incumbents are asked to inform the Club Secretary at secretary@kingswoodrfc.co.uk by 31st May if they intend to stand again. This should not discourage others from coming forward, multiple members can share a role where appropriate.

If you would like to raise any questions at the AGM, please submit them in advance to the Club Secretary at secretary@kingswoodrfc.co.uk no later than 31st May.

We strongly encourage all members to attend and take part in shaping the direction of the club.
