Under 13/14's
Kingswood 50 - 15 Keynsham B's
After an impressive victory against Southmead a few
weeks ago, Kingswood's Under 13's were on top form again this Sunday as
they cruised to a 50 points to 15 victory over local rivals Keynsham.
Keynsham required the services of a couple of Kingswood players and both
sides played with 13 men.
Kingswood didn't make the best start to the game as
Pete Jones gave Keynsham the lead after just a few minutes on the clock,
but Kingswood hit back through Harry Milsom-Dyer and a conversion from
Ben Shaw.
Kingswood, who are showing an improvement in their
play week on week, moved the ball through the hands well to the wingers
and as a result Harry Milsom-Dyer crossed the Keynsham line a further 3
times during the game. Mitch Davies was also on top form for
Kingswood as he grabbed himself an excellent hat-trick. Ben Hunter
also scored a try for Kingswood after some strong play in the Keynsham
try area.
Steve Parsons grabbed himself a try and Pete Jones
scored his second as Keynsham hit back but it was to be Kingswood's day.
Ben Shaw converted 5 times overall for Kingswood as both they and
Keynsham put on an excellent match for the spectators.
You can show your support for the guys next weekend in
their away match with Aretians. Kick off 11 o'clock.
