Another professional display from Brockworth saw them take the points in this fixture, but they were pushed all the way by a spirited Kingswood side.
Missing Captain Ben Phillips and Centres James Willmott, Ashley Honeywell and Gareth Pond, Kingswood set out to revenge their heavy away defeat to Brockworth early in the season, but just like that fixture, Kingswood were punished by the boot of Brock’s Full-Back.
Playing at a level much below his apparent ability, Brockworth’s No. 15 stole the show with a personal tally of 20 points.
Kingswood were very much in this game at half time with the scores at 12-16 thanks to tries from Lewis Voisey and Joe Jones-Griffiths. However, as Kingswood tired, penalties were conceded and knocked over from all areas of the park.
Kingswood were told to be proud of their efforts after the game by Club President, Roger Windsor, who thanked them on behalf of the sideline for a great display of rugby.
Next week, a tricky away fixture against Cheltenham Saracens.
