It was a bitterly cold and wet day for the Knights first game of 2016 against St Marys. Kingswood got off to a strong start with some outstanding tackling in difficult conditions. St Marys were first to score but Kingswood were quick to follow with a great try from Josh. As the pitch got more boggy Kingswood started to tire and St Marys took the upper hand scoring several times in quick succession. Kingswood battled on into the second half with a reduced team due to injury, borrowing several players from St Marys. The second half saw Marys score once and Kingswoods Jake Kendall getting a try shortly before end of play. Man of the match went to Jordan, well done Jordan, new player Adam was also given a fabulous Knights welcome for his first game for the team.
