Love getting out and meeting new people? We have the perfect role for you!

Our newly created Community Liaison Officer will manage all aspects of dealing with local residents and businesses

Background

Kingswood RFC are looking to improve relations and communications with residents and businesses in the Kingswood area. Currently the role is conducted ad-hoc by various Committee Members, but to really sell the Kingswood RFC brand and our amazing story, we believe that the role now requires a focal person to become the face of the club within the community. To that end, we are now looking for a volunteer to become our first ever Community Liaison Officer.

Role Requirements

Our newly created Community Liaison Officer will manage all aspects of dealing with local residents and businesses. These include:

• Meeting with local business owners and building relationships with them and building a database of contact details.

• Keeping an eye out for opportunities within the community to help spread the Kingswood RFC name.

• Assisting in the creation and distribution of the clubs Community Newsletters.

• Helping the clubs Sponsorship Secretary to seek out new avenues for sponsorship.

This exciting role will have a huge impact on the future success of Kingswood RFC and is a great opportunity for someone who likes to get out and about and meet new people.
