Training is now once a week, so your attendance is more important than ever.

In an attempt to increase training numbers and improve sessions, the Kingswood RFC Coaching Staff and Players have decided that Senior training will now take place on a Wednesday evening at the club. This of course means that there is just 1 training session a week, but it should hopefully prove more beneficial than 2 sessions in which numbers are low.

The switch to Wednesday's also means that the Seniors will share the training area with the Under 17's. It is therefore planned that both sections will train separately, but then at the end of the session, both sections will come together for some fun games or mentoring run-through. This will be a fantastic way to build bonds with the oldest age group whilst giving the youngsters a taste of Senior training.

Training on a Wednesday will give ample recovery time after and before Saturday matches as well, so this will hopefully reduce risk of injuries or burn out.

Now that sessions are just once a week, your attendance is more important than ever. Please make sure you buy into the new time slot and help support your club and team mates.
