This is a chance for Junior Club Members to have their say, ask any questions or give feedback on any issues that are raised during the meeting.
If anyone has an agenda item they wish to raise, please let Derek Golding know in advance so that a time can be set aside to discuss the issue.
We understand that it is not always convenient for parents to arrange care for their children, but if at all possible, would advise that young children do not attend the meeting.
Minutes of the meeting will be posted on our website for those who are unable to attend.
