Derek Golding proudly accepted a Volunteer Recognition Award on Saturday 19th August from the President of the GRFU. Keith Gee attended the Mini & Jnr FREE taster day and took the opportunity of presenting Deej with his award. In his speech, Keith commented on how well the club has done in previous years and the obvious potential and bright future the club has. Deej said a few words and accepted the award on behalf of all the great volunteers at Kingswood RFC.

Onto Wednesday 30th of August when Hills Construction are through to the final of the Crabbie's National Rugby Awards at Twickeham. Kev Hill has been a long time supporter & sponsor of the club and has also took on additional roles, such as Safeguarding. Hills Construction SW have been instrumental in the success of recent projects and have utilised their own resource, materials and contacts to ensure the jobs have reached completion - often at their own cost.
